Hello America,

My name is Bob McNeil, Founder and President of the American Citizen Party. 

My focus is to build the American Citizen Party into a nationally recognized alternative to the Democrat and Republican parties, and to recruit and elect true, citizen candidates to run for office and begin purging Congress of career politicians.

I describe myself as “an ordinary man living an extraordinary life”, as evidenced by the following: 

• I am a retired professional business consultant with an accounting degree and 40 years of experience auditing multi-billion dollar corporations, here in the United States, and in several countries around the world.

• I am a proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, who served from 1968 through 1974, and achieved the rank of Sergeant (E-5).

• I am a father of two daughters.

• I am a grandfather of three beautiful children.

• I am a trusted friend to many people across America.

Using a lifetime of experience, plus the analytical skills I have acquired during my career as a professional auditor, I set out to write a plan that would spark the “21st Century American Revolution”. 

Knowing the dangers of that exercise from the people in power, and to ensure its success, I established the following criteria for the plan:

• It must be constitutional;

• It must be peaceful;

• It must transcend race, religion, age, gender, political affiliation, economic status, and all other things that the politicians and media use to divide us, and;

• It must restore liberty and prosperity to ALL American citizens.

In 2008, after one year of research and writing, I emerged with the plan, and, since then, have talked to millions of Americans about it in person, on a number of radio talk shows, and in my blogs.

Now, it is time to go nationwide and create a fifty-state organization to build momentum for the next round of Congressional elections and beyond.
