Don’t Be Fooled by Newt Gingrich’s Touting of the Economic Freedom Act of 2010

By Bob McNeil · August 15, 2010 · Filed in American Citizen Party

Bob Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich (R) is all over the news talking up the Economic Freedom Act of 2010 (HR 5029).  This bill was introduced on April 15, 2010 by Representatives Jim Jordan (R-Ohio District 4) and Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah District 3).

Don’t be confused by its name or its contents.

HR 2059 does not restore economic freedom to all American citizens and isn’t meant to do so.

It is merely another half-hearted attempt by professional politicians to win your votes.

In February 2010, the American Citizen Party’s “Economic Freedom Act” was mailed to President Obama and more than 500 members of the House of Representatives and the Senate.  Neither the President nor any member of Congress acknowledged its receipt.

Until you vote for American Citizen Party representatives who will eliminate the 100 year-old, 70,000 page Federal income tax system, you will never be economically free.

Until you vote for American Citizen Party representatives who will pass the 21st century “Vote With Your Dollars” tax collection system, you will never be given the choice to allocate your tax dollars to programs you support.

Until you vote for American Citizen Party representatives who will vote to eliminate the Federal Reserve system, our economy will never return to the free market principles that make the United States of America different from all other countries.

Until you stop voting for Democrats and Republicans, who have ruled our nation for more than 150 years, and vote for American Citizen Party representatives, you will never live under the true freedoms envisioned by the Founding Fathers.

You hold in your hand the key that will unlock the shackles of economic slavery that have bound you throughout your lifetime, and will continue to bind you and future generations of Americans, unless you take action.

That key is your vote.

Use it wisely.

To restore freedom to all American citizens, in 2010, 2012 and all subsequent elections, vote for American Citizen Party candidates at all levels of government.

In freedom,

Bob McNeil
